The 2010 Renewal of Certification by Continuing Education Handbook† (and Application) is is available via download* (click here for access to downloadable file) and via mail. To obtain the 2010 Renewal of Certification by Continuing Education Handbook via mail, submit a request including your mailing address, by mail, telephone, facsimile or e-mail to NCBDE. There is no charge for the handbook and application.

†IMPORTANT: Be sure to review the Handbook for the dates that applications are accepted. Applications submitted outside of the application window cannot be processed and will be returned.
2010 Renewal of Certification by Continuing Education
Applications for renewal by continuing education are accepted only via mail. Prior to completing the application, certificants will want to review page 1 of the Handbook, which details the application windows and deadline dates, along with important information on accrual timelines.
Submission: Complete the application and submit it, along with any required documentation and all required fees, to the NCBDE national office (address below).

Renewal by continuing education applications are to be mailed ONLY to NCBDE. NOTE: Applications are not accepted via facsimile or email.
