Post-Application Information

Receipt of Application

If written acknowledgement of receipt of your application has not been received within 8 weeks after the application deadline, call the AMP Examination Services Department at (913) 895-4600. This information is not available from the NCBDE national office.

Review of Applications for Renewal by Continuing Education

Review of applications is completed in November and notices sent to individuals as soon as possible. Decisions regarding renewal by continuing education status are communicated in writing via mail. Neither the NCBDE national office nor AMP Examination Services provides the status of an application via telephone, fax, or electronically.

Confidentiality

  1. Notices are released ONLY to the individual. No results will be provided by telephone, electronic mail or facsimile.
  2. Questions concerning renewal results must be referred in writing to NCBDE.

Certificates and Wallet Cards

Approximately three months after notices are mailed, complimentary certificates and wallet cards are provided by NCBDE to those who successfully renew by continuing education. Individuals’ names are printed exactly as they appear on the applications.
